Return Period

Magnetichoop.com provides high-quality after-sales service. We allow customers to return items purchased from the magnetichoop.com online store within 30 days of receipt.

How to Return An Product?

Please note that if the buyer would like to return an item, please first contact us at info@magnetichoop.com and request a Return Authorization Code. We do not accept returns without consent. Buyers are usually required to provide a receipt or proof of purchase and promise that the product is in good condition. Returns of items that have been used or damaged will not be accepted. (If there are quality problems, please refer to ”Quality Issues”

Refunds

Magnetichoop.com will notify you once your return has been received and inspected and let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, we will process the refund via the original payment method within 3-7 business days. Keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund before it reaches your account.
NOTE: All return shipping and customs charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
